How to Download

How do I download my MP3 or eBook purchase.

You will be redirected to PayPal (what is PayPal?) for payment when you hit the “Checkout” button. You can pay using a Credit Card or your PayPal account.

Click the “Return to Lampstand Communication” button after payment at PayPal and it will redirect you to a page where you can download the product instantly. You will also receive an email with the product download link shortly after paymanent. Please check your SPAM folder as the email may end up in there.

Why a Zip File?

Zipping a file creates a compressed version of the file that is considerably smaller than the original file. The zipped version of the file has a .zip file extension. For example, if you zip a Microsoft Office Word document called Government Proposal.doc that is 6.5 megabytes (MB) in size, the file created, Government Proposal.zip, is reduced to 2.5 MB. File types that are reduced the most as a result of zipping are text-oriented file types, such as .txt, .doc, .xls, and graphics files that use non-compressed file types such as .bmp. How to unzip a zip file for Windows and Mac Users

How to extract Zip files in Windows:

1. Save the downloaded zip file to your desktop.
2. Right click on the file and select “extract all”. This will open the extraction wizard.
3. Click “next” and then select the location to extract the files to. (This example uses MP3 Files to Desktop.)
4. Then click “ok”, now the directory should point to your Desktop.
5. Click “next” and the extraction process should begin.
6. Make sure that the “Show Extracted Files” option is checked.
7. When complete, hit “Finish”. Now go to your Desktop.
8. Find the folder name you just exrracted to your Desktop and doulble click on it.

How to extract Zip files for Macintosh users:

1.When you download a Zip file using your Internet browser the file will usually be unzipped automatically. The uncompressed files will be found in the same location as the downloaded Zip file. If not, you will need to locate the file in your downloads location. The Zip file may have the suffix .zip on the end of the file name and will look like this: (filename.zip)
2. Doubleclicking the file should start the unzipping process. The uncompressed files will appear in the same location as the downloaded Zip file.
3. The origin Zip file can be deleted after extraction.
